Since we moved to Layton approx. 4 1/2 yrs ago we have gotten with my Mom and Sister Bonnie and her kids and set aside Monday to hang out and play. The kids really look forward to it in the summer and love to spend time doing crafts, swimming or going on a field trip.
This week we went to the Royal Jade for lunch and then went to Hobby lobby and the kids picked out these Bird houses and treasure box to paint.
It was so fun to watch each of them put their own personalities and creativity to work.
I love spending time with the kids on this day and spending time with my nephew and building a relationship with him, he is such a cool kid!
