Today we did our now tradition (started last year) of going to Golden Corral. I was so happy I still had a few of the free kids meals coupons that my Sister Bonnie gave me, so for me and my kids it was like 8 bucks! Woot! It was so funny watching the kids make their desserts after eating their minimal food of requirement. I'm pretty sure if they chose, there would only be dessert! Kristin thinks the dessert portion is the most entertaining to watch to see how many and how large they can all make their concoctions. We have some pretty creative kids with eyes bigger than their stomachs!
Later that night we went to see "The Dark Knight". Heath Ledger did an amazing job! I was really surprised at how well it came together. I struggle with sequels, especially in this genre.
And Bright made the 3 hours go by so fast as I followed him around the theater. FYI I never thought he would sit through it, but I thought he would make it more than 30 minutes. LOL
