Here is the Spoiler--Finally!

I was glancing through some previous posts and found that on "My Birthday Weekend" I had put a spoiler in there of my meeting with our Bishop. Now I didn't mean to wait so long, but it was 2 weeks before it was announced in church. Two weeks of feeling a little shocked, overwhelmed and under prepared to take on this new calling. Yes, you heard me correctly.
On my Birthday I was called into our Bishops office and thanked for my willingness to serve in the Stake Primary as Music Leader. Sobs were in check thanks to my hubby who had met with the Bishop earlier for Ward council. So he did give me the heads up that I was being released from a calling the I loved.*** And I loved serving with the other Sisters in our Stake.
For those who are in my ward who read this it is not a big surprise, but for those who don't and read this I have been called to be Cub master. I am very excited, overwhelmed and so willing to "Do My Best". I am pretty sure that last statement is part of the Cub scout motto. Wow I didn't even plan to say that! I am becoming a cub scout! Woo Hoo!!!

***For those who are wondering, David did not tell me what my calling was, the bishop told him that he could tell me I was being released. Although he could not tell me what the calling was, and what a surprise it was! The last time I was this shocked was when I was called as Music leader in our Orem ward.
