Wow ! Look at my Man! In this pic he is making Raspberry peach jam! He actually told me later that this was the best part of his day! David and I love doing projects together, we are a great team in such endeavors. On this project I guess I would be considered Sous chef, I did most of the prep and pretty much at his beck and call.
A few of you may not know this, but my hubby is a fabulous cook!
The end result was 8 pints of the Raspberry Peach and 20 pints of the the Peach.
Yummmy!!!

OOHh yummy!! Wow, I wish I was posting a picture of my husband canning. Your both fabulous!! I have been canning (my first year doing such), and it is kind of nightmarish. I think it all has to do with experience and knowing the tricks. Hopefully I will have the stamina to actually do it again, so I can use some of my tricks.
