Our Halloween started early this year. We had the pleasure of being invited to a Neighborhood Halloween party at the Loosli's. I've never seen so many cute costumes in one place before.
The kids got to play BINGO and do a cake walk with prizes that we all donated from the dollar store. Xander had a very hard time deciding on just one, he traded several times.
We then feasted on soup, hot rolls and bread sticks. Oh baby, baby they were good! Thanks Loosli's! I love this picture of my guys!
Here is Xan who is Ang from Avatar the airbender, and our lil pirate. Look if you don't feed him he even has the demeanor of a pirate.
Oh my guilt basket just got heavier! Oh but they are so cute!
This is the rest of the Motley Crew. Shay is a Flapper girl, and Josie is a Hippie.
Our kids finally got the whole hard core trick or treating this year. Even after about three hours of going house to house they were still troopers.
In years past we have heard "okay were too cold and we have done 5 houses, can we go home now?"
And a lot of "can you carry my bag, I'm too tired."
It was a very nice night as far as weather goes, so I think that helped. It rained a bit, luckily the Webbs were having soup and bread sticks at their house,so we got out of the rain a bit. Thanks Webbs we will definitely be back next year!

Oh fun. Kandice's party was so fun! Your kids are so cute. Halloween was SOO fun this year. Definitly the weather was a huge factor in that whole gig. So fun. Now back to not gorging on oodles of candy and keeping to our diets right? At least until Thanksgiving.
Carrie you are just too cute. and I think that Brighton takes the cake for the CUTEST pirate ever. Thanks for coming over.
Cute costumes. Even with good weather Madelyn still pooped out after two blocks and wouldn't even walk home, Zac had to go pick her up in the car. Between four kids, your house must have lots of candy! I'll be over (just kidding).
Carrie, thanks for the hint...If I ever have one of my kids be a pirate, I will know that in order to make them show the true demeanor of a pirate, I need only not feed them. Score, it also cuts down on my food budget! Lol, just kidding sis, after all, I have seen you feed them a couple of times.
