Project--Backyard

It's that time of year, the time that we realize the down fall of having three giant trees in our back yard. The kids love it, we most possibly have the most leaves in our neighborhood and it can be a lot of fun. Strangely enough though they get racked up to play in but no one freely volunteers to bag em. Umm so weird! It was decided earlier in the week that Saturday was the big day for Project--Backyard. The Hubs found out we could rent a leaf mower to help with the process, and I am glad he did!

This is me below pushing the Billy Goat we rented, what a good idea Hubs!
With some positive motivation and 3 hours later...

And 31 bags----The family below enjoying the fruits of our labor
Jos is working hard--she is a great help
The Hubs took his turn pushing the Billy Goat

The boys being my helpers, we were trying to see how fast we could go

Wow, what a project! Good family bonding. It's so windy around here, that if you just wait long enough, the wind will blow all those leaves away!

31 BAGS!!! Woah! That is quite the project. I seriously never rake my leaves. For some reason I seem to be able to get away with it.

What is a Billy Goat? That's a lot of leaves, good thing you have four kids to put to work.
