Taco Stew

Here is the recipe that I promised. Again the serving size is 1 1/3 cup and it is 4pts for Weight watchers. Servings: 10

1 lb. lean hamburger
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
2 cups frozen corn
1 can chili beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can green chile's
1 Ranch seasoning packet
1 Taco seasoning packet

Brown beef and drain well. Place beans in a strainer and rinse for about a minute and let it drain well. Combine beef and beans in a pot. Add corn, chili beans, tomatoes, green chile's and taco and ranch seasoning packets. Stir well.
Cover and let simmer on low stirring occasionally for about an hour until thickened.

My family loves this! We eat it on potatoes, salads and just in a bowl. Enjoy! Let me know what you think of it.

YEAH! She posted it!!! It looks like we're going to be having it for dinner tonight. I just need to pick up some Ranch seasoning.

If you want to un-weight watchers it may I recommend...

sprinkle with grated cheese (my sprinkles may be more liberal than yours)
slightly crushed fritos corn chips
a tablespoon or more of sour cream, mix in slightly.

Ohhhh so good, and remember, it used to be healthy so its still all right.
